ゲスト：角田信朗さん（格闘家）・井上裕貴アナウンサー(松江局）
が海士町を旅し、海中展望船やシーカヤックで雄大な自然を満喫し、島のブランド牛「隠岐牛」のブラッシングや釣り船に乗り込み大物釣りに挑戦したりバーベキューたべたり、伝統民謡「キンニャモニャ」を体験するという内容です。
この中のｷﾝﾆｬﾓﾆｬを踊る時に以前収録したさくらの家前での映像が流れました。
みんなで見ていたのでその瞬間は大喜びです。

その後は消火訓練です。
隠岐消防署海士支署の指導をいただいて空き地を使用し、消火器による消火体験と消火栓を使った訓練を行いました。
まずは消火器の使い方・構造について説明を聞きます。
容器に入れた布に火をつけて早速消火器で消します。
代表者の消火はうまくできました。
つぎは場所を移動し消火栓の扱いを学びます。
説明を聞き、実際の使い方を教わります。
実際に自分たちでもやらせていただきました。
結構さまになっています。
